Pricing…it’s the single most important aspect for 99% of clients. We can have the best product in the world, but if our clients can’t afford it…we’re wasting each other’s time. Hopefully if you know of us, you know that we do things differently than anyone around us. We push the boundaries and Spartanburg’s level of comfort. We like to be realistic, and understand that not everyone can afford that “west coast style” agency. We pride ourselves tremendously on the fact that we are super transparent with our clients from the moment we meet them.

With all of that being said, you can probably start to see why we make sure our pricing is readily available for anyone to see…our clients…our competitors…the curious entrepreneurs…anyone. We’re not afraid to show it, because our pricing is calculated based on what we feel our clientele needs.

If you’re still invested in the blog, you’re probably wanting us to dive deeper. So, next we’re going to list more information regarding our pricing:

  • Our agency is geared towards start ups and small businesses, but we also have the skills to perform at the corporate level. Our pricing is broken down into several packages/levels that scale for all sizes…we don’t come up with one lump number and add the possibility of “fees” and other unknowns. You know what you’re paying with us!
  • Why we have one package for logo designs (besides corporate divisions)…Logos are your first impression as a business owner, and we take that very seriously. You will need a bunch of different versions of your logo. Horizontal format for things like your website, stacked for apparel or portrait style marketing pieces, one color and full color for situations in which you would like to spend less money on the cost of printing, and now-a-days you need a badge or icon for social media platforms. ALL of these are needed for your business, and one format won’t get the job done.
  • Can’t afford the total cost? We split up payments in multiple ways to make you comfortable. You have to spend money to make money, but when you’re starting a business we realize that you can’t keep doing that without narrowing your window for success.
  • Monthly costs vs. fixed costs…Depending on the project, your marketing efforts may need periodic maintenance – websites and social media mainly. Other projects like logos and print design may be one and done! We don’t try and rope you in to long contracts unless we feel as though we need a certain amount of time to get the job done correctly.

The bottom line is…we genuinely want to make our services available to anyone and treat every project fairly. PLEASE don’t be nervous to approach our agency with your budget. It doesn’t always work, but we certainly try to make it happen and understand that you have a budget for a reason. If you don’t want to give us your budget…we totally understand that. We can make the first move and send a proposal that outlines the costs associated with your project. After that, the ball is in your court – we aren’t pushy sales people.
